we hope this message finds you in good health. Herewith some requests and points of interest.
1 - Please update us if you change your email address - and any other contact details you wish to share.
2 - We now send sales reports to your last known email address only. These come from the email address - templit@gmail.com . This is the address we use for business communications including important royalty reports.
Documentation work is still done by Annagret Mason at leethorpentertainment@gmail.com so keep this unblocked please.
3 - Sales data is available quarterly on request but slow titles are no longer are reported six monthly. These license reports on slow titles are held over until after the year end and are sent out towards the end of the first quarter so as to capture all movement to the year end.
4 - We need invoices for license/royalty payments. These invoices should show the report period - usually in the report file name - and we need the current bank details for payments.
Examples of file names - This is for periods (quarters) one to four - inclusive in 2021
6 - We will send out these circulars two or three times a year if there are relevant changes to the way we are working. Please however review the previous messages about delivery times for new masters, promo requirements, metadata etc. sent previously.
